Shipping & Returns

Disclaimer: Any items of excessive weight and/or unusually shaped items will be subject to additional shipping charges.  You will be contacted before additional charges are made.  At this time you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a refund. 

Processing Time: Our goal at T&T Sports is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We always attempt to ship your order within 1-3 business days

Standard Shipping: We currently ship via UPS. The shipping costs reflect current UPS rates and are calculated based upon the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The shipping method options are: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight.

Internet Orders: Most internet orders leave our store within 1-3 business day provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification or the shipping address. With standard shipping you will usually receive your order within 1-5 business days of leaving our store. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico addresses will generally take approximately 7-10 business days. Please note Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days. 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO- We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. An option for you is to have your order shipped to a friend or relative who can then forward your package on to you.

International Shipping - We are sorry, but we do not offer international shipping at this time. An option for you is to have your order shipped to a friend or relative within the United States, who can then forward your package on to you.

Returns Policy

T & T Sports strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers.  In the event that a return is necessary, we will accept and refund purchases under the following conditions: 

  • Any order cancelled within 24 hours will be fully refunded. 
  • All other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. 
  • All items must be unopened and in the original packing.

Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 30 days of purchase.

There is no restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to T&T Inc,.

Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.

Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
